Jogajog(ジョガジョグ)が日本語に完全対応しました

Jogajog Is Now Available in Japanese

English version — the Japanese article continues below.

Jogajog is now fully available in Japanese

Jogajog, the directory and communication platform that keeps everyone in an organization organized and reachable, can now be used entirely in Japanese – from the admin dashboard to the member-facing app, settings and all. This is part of Jogajog’s rollout across 25 languages, a set that also includes full right-to-left support for languages such as Arabic, Urdu, and Persian, bringing the same complete experience to communities around the world.

Why This Matters for Japan’s Community Organizations

Japan runs on organizations that hold people together: chonaikai and jichikai (neighborhood associations), dosokai (alumni associations), PTA groups, sports clubs, NPOs, and volunteer organizations. The officers and volunteers who run them are usually doing it alongside a full-time job and a household, squeezed into whatever hours are left over. And many of these organizations still depend on paper rosters, Excel files that quietly fall out of date, and contact information scattered across email threads and chat groups. A few scenarios will likely sound familiar.

The neighborhood circular nobody confirmed reading

A chonaikai passes around a paper notice, or forwards a message about an upcoming event or an urgent local matter, but there is no real way to tell who actually saw it. When something needs a response – a road closure, a disaster drill, a change to trash collection – officers are left guessing whether the message even reached people, and following up usually means phoning around one household at a time.

The alumni reunion list that went stale

A dosokai’s contact list is usually built once, right after graduation, and rarely touched again after that. Years later, when it’s time to organize a reunion, nobody on the committee is confident the list still reaches the right people – addresses have changed, phone numbers have changed, and some classmates have quietly dropped off the radar entirely.

The PTA roster split across a dozen spreadsheets

PTA responsibilities rotate every year by grade and by class, and each handover tends to produce another copy of the roster, another version to reconcile by hand, and no single source of truth for who is actually on it this year.

The sports club or NPO message that arrives too late

Sports clubs, NPOs, and volunteer groups often need to reach everyone quickly when practice is cancelled or plans change on short notice. With a phone tree or a group chat, there is no clear way to know who has seen the latest update and who hasn’t – so the day arrives with some members still in the dark.

Different organizations, same underlying problem: the roster lives in the wrong format, updates depend on one overworked volunteer, and there is no reliable way to confirm that an important message actually landed.

What Jogajog Brings to These Organizations

Jogajog brings an organization’s roster and its communication into one place, in the organization’s own language, so no one has to translate between a spreadsheet, a group chat, and a stack of paper notices just to reach the people they’re responsible for.

  • Import a roster directly from Excel and turn it into a smart member directory that reflects the organization’s actual structure – units, grades, chapters, and all
  • Search that tolerates different ways a name can be written across scripts, so members stay easy to find even as spellings vary
  • Broadcasts and notices with read tracking, so officers can see who has actually seen a message instead of chasing confirmations by phone
  • A branded app for the organization, so members open one familiar place rather than hunting through email and chat groups

Payments

For dues and paid features, cards and PayPal are supported internationally, with bKash and Nagad available in Bangladesh.
