Do members need passwords?
No. Members sign in with a one-time code sent by SMS, or by email for members abroad. Nothing to forget, nothing to leak.
Our spreadsheet is a mess. Is that a problem?
It's the normal case. We normalize +880 numbers, flag duplicates before anything is saved, and any import can be undone with one click.
Can we track dues through the app?
Yes. The Collections Register issues invoices to any member group, sends reminders, records who has paid and issues receipts. The money itself moves the way it does today (cash, bKash or bank); Jogajog never handles your organization's money.
How do we pay, and can we get a refund?

Is our data safe?
