The four-step flow

1. Upload any .xlsx or .csv (up to 5,000 rows per file)
2. Map columns to fields — suggestions included, Bangla names to the Bangla field
3. Validate: phone numbers normalize to +880, duplicates and errors are flagged — nothing is written yet
4. Apply — and see exactly what was created and updated
